The Agency for postal traffic of Bosnia and Herzegovina

The Agency for postal traffic of Bosnia and Herzegovina was established  pursuant to the Postal Service Act of Bosnia and Herzegovina (BaH Official Gazette no. 33/05); it performs regulatory activities in the field of postal traffic and operates in the interests of Bosnia and Herzegovina and all its citizens.
The Agency is governed by the Council of the Agency, consisting of three members. Members of the Council of the Agency shall be elected from among the three constituent people in Bosnia and Herzegovina, based on parity.
Members of the Council of the Agency shall be appointed for a term of four years, and the Chairman of the Council of the Agency changes within every year.
